The school is actually located in Amherst, Virginia (there is no Sweet Briar, VA.) My daughter graduated in 2009. Her time at SBC was wonderful and filled with opportunities that she might not have had at a larger school. Moreover, the academic rigor prepared her well for her graduate studies at Johns Hopkins. The campus is utterly beautiful and the people are warm and friendly. We loved visiting and although we were thrilled when she graduated, we were sad that we'd no longer have a reason to head down to Amherst for a weekend away! In all, just a wonderful school.
