I went in to the school to get information and I knew there was going to be trouble when I noticed that the receptionist was on MySpace rather than doing her work. The people had NO clue about the questions I had and the recruiter (I think his name was Rene) made me feel as if he were showing me around a funeral home rather than a school. He was THAT boring!) There was this lady with short hair and a bit chubby in the building on Missouri street who was the most unprofessional person I think I have ever seen! She was talking so rudely to a student I was appalled! I left there with the feeling that this school would be the WORST mistake of my life! My advice: AVOID THIS SCHOOL AT ALL COSTS!

This school is the absolute work school I have EVER attended! The people in the administration building are the most incompetent people I have encountered! They always ignore you and when they finally do acknowledge you it seems their favorite answer is "I dont know." I would recommend you invest in LifeLock or some kind of identity theft protection because they WILL lose your paperwork, even the paperwork that carries sensitive information on it. As far as the academics are concerned I would recommend you go somewhere else for your education. This place is a COMPLETE waste of time and money and has no business being in the business of education. Incompetent!!!!!

I was asked if I would recommend Valley Grande Institute? The answer would have to be YES!, Attending the Patient Care Technician course here has inspired me to want more in life. Education is the Key!

Valley Grande Institute is just a waste of MONEY ! I do not recommend no one to attend this school they are no organized i was in the patient care technician course and it was problem after problem. There was 2weeks of our course that we did not have a CLASSROOM!!!!! during a rainy day our building collapse :( our CNA instructor would arrive about an hour late a day and about her teaching...she taught the INCORRECT things for our excam my course was from 8/3/2009 till 2/10/2010

I attended this school and just finished...what I have to say about it is this school is rediculous!!! the front office is incredibly unprofessional and disorganized! they continue to loose students information and are rude! this school is such a joke that they allow students to literally fight. they have a high tolerance for students who like to slack and cause problems. It is really ghetto and cannot believe I wasted my time and money. Job placement? LOL yea right! out of all the teachers there I'd say only 2 are great and shouldn't be teaching at such down gratting school. They really need to shut down or hire professionals.(Besides the 2 teachers) DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL!!!!
