The university was in no way prepared to admit women in 1969. I find the arrogance to this day astounding. Shame on you for paying women professors less than men. I see nothing has changed. The university may admit more women than men, but they are still not seen as equals.

Few, if any, schools this size have 26 Rhodes Scholars. Since the last 2 were women, I fail to see how women could not be treated as equals, if not the other way around.
