state is a rip off they DO NOT have financial aid or grants nor can they accept them!!! the owner keeps personal information at her home which is a scare for fraud and identity theft! i attended school there for 6 months part time and was told i only recieved a lil over 200 hours but when attending another school for less time a day for 4 months i managed to earn 549 hours i find that very odd and on top of the fact that i was not able to recover my hours from the school until i paid her cash $8000 which is 1500 hours of tuition when i was told at enrollment that the financial aid and grants i already had would jus be transferd to the school but the school has no financial aid or grants available! i never recieved supplies i purchased them on my own and i mean any and everything that i need'd to use to service a client i purchased myself out of my pocket and i serviceds hundreds of clients i kno bringing in nearly $300 a day 5 days a week for 6 months! i have not learned much due to the fact of me being a female i was made to do female hair even tho i enrolled to learn mens for the simple fact i dont kno how to style mens hair! so only my natural talent was put into play at this school! they have a wonderful teacher by the name of darryl stevenson who is amazing at what he does but the owner and her personal staff are money hungry people not looking after the well being of the students but what can the students do to gain money to they pockets!!!!!!!! do not enroll in this school it is a scam!

child of god has problems. due to her alcohol and substance abuse her view on how the school is ran is twisted. The time she spent trying to get with dudes at the school could have been spent learning the hair cuts she would always refuse. instead of taking car keys hostage or outside in the parking lot i think this child of god could of been a good student but her personal life and addictions got in the way. Free tuition is something you should not take for granted and maybe she'll set some prioritys in her life.
