I called New Age Training on behalf of my mother who work long hours to ask general questions. I was shocked at how rude the staff member I spoke to was on the phone and was told I was wrong for calling on her behalf to ask general questions. I called to ask general questions since my mother cannot call during normal business hours. I am very cautious about any institution that seems unwilling to answer basic questions.
