Terrible school. I was advised before signing up that the Culinary program would be small classes of 12-14 students with hands on demo/instruction by the chef instructors. reality is each class has over 20 people, with no demos what so ever. It is literally print out some recipes, cook them, get criticized for not doing it properly without any instruction on what to do differently, then do it again next week. We never worked with a whole fish to learn how to filet and portion. When these concerns were brought up to the Academic adviser, he agreed 100%. I wish they would have been honest about how poor the "teaching" was before they took my money.
