Kathleen Crawford, the owner, has several complaints with the Better Business Bureau for issuing gift certicates that customers have paid cash for, and in which she has not honored. There are a few pending lawsuits against her in St. Charles County, as well. She has lied to the police when attempting to be served a summons, and she has lied to the customers that never received a service for their money spent on gift certificates.
