I spent 5 months at Regency in Waite Park, and it was a complete waste of time. It was a demoralizing atmosphere, not at all like the modern salons they picture on their website. The teachers were mediocre. Their main focus was on pushing the clients to buy products, and not on improving students' skills. In addition, they made errors in my monthly billing, and sent me to collections after THEY made a mistake, which I corrected. I withdrew mid year, and, again, they sent me several final bills, each one higher than the other. When I asked for my ledger card, so I could confirm their billing, they promised to send it to me, but instead sent me to a collection agency, who is also refusing to provide me with the details of what I have already paid. Regency cannot legally discuss my bill now, so I am in the position of being forced to pay a bill that may be incorrect. Stay away from this school-they are all hype, have crummy training, and dishonest billing practices.
