Saint Mary's College Students

Saint Mary’s College is a private, Catholic, four-year women’s liberal arts college. Their suburban, residential campus is located one mile from South Bend, Indiana. The campus features 100 acres of trees, nature trails, historic buildings, and an art gallery and performing arts center. Saint Mary’s College Board member, has 6 nationally accredited programs and 30 majors.

Saint Mary’s is a small school of approximately 1,536 degree-seeking undergrads with a freshman class of around 333. Twenty-nine percent of students are from Indiana, while seventy-one percent are from out of state. Student demographics include: less than 1% American Indian/ Alaskan Native, 2% Asian or Pacific Islander, 2% Black/ Non-Hispanic, 8% Hispanic, 83% White, less than 1% non-resident alien.
