Students should note the housing policies: MSOE’s housing policy requires that all unmarried freshmen and sophomores under 21 years of age and whose primary family residence is more than 50 miles away either must live with parent(s), guardian(s), grandparent(s), brother or sister or in the residence halls. The residence halls are Coed, June-1st is the deadline for the seventy-five dollars housing deposit and First-time first-year students are allowed to have a car.
