I have a huge problem with Keller Graduate School at this time. I am currently enrolled and about 1/2 done with the program. I looked at my pay online today and discovered they have tacked on a $80 charge for an e-book. I have taken about 6 in-class sessions thus far and never had this occur. So I called my center to discuss the matter, after being bounced around to 4 different people I was ultimately told that its a decision that corporate made and I'll have to deal with it. I am livid to say the least. I have no idea why all of a sudden they are calling the in-class session blended courses and charging for e-books that we are not using. Corporate I need immediate attention because after this session I am seriously thinking of transfering to a different school. You people are just too much of a hassle. From Financial Aid reps to all these new fees. I am tired of this whole thing.

I graduated from Alpharetta campus in June,2006. A week ago, I requested my transcript but never get answer. The school that I applied the deadline left only one week. If missed this opportunity the reason will be because of you guys. Please I need special attention as soon as possible. Sincerely

I happen to be the father of one of your students. Her main purpose was to go to your University and get a degree in management and to present herself as a capable young lady to tackle the world.After the build up you give her on the phone and how many received jobs and pay raises and how you found jobs that you sent people to. I never seen such exceitment. I told her to watch out because all they want is your money and they could care less. She even move to San Antonio Texas cause your personnel told her if she was closer to an Instution they could help her better. Now all is said is well we can't help you. This is a single mother trying to take care of a child. I think she should be given a chance.Not because she is my daughter but because she tryed to please you.

I have a complaint, dealing with student finance is sheer horror, they don't disburse loans on time, charge you extra finance charges,complaints to them fall on deaf ears,they do as they please when they please.

I have been enrolled with DeVry University online for the past 4 years. I have had the worst expierence in dealing with communication and financial issues with them. As of this date I am still trying to finish my B.S. and fighting to get enough funding for the remaining classes. I am completely disgusted with their customer service at this time and currently would not recommend deVry Online to anyone.
