My experience today with a blond instructor at the Davenport Capri was deplorable and horrendous. I went in for highlights, saw NO instructor until the student had already bleached my entire head, then the instructor had the nerve to tell me the damage to my hair was my fault and banned me from ever coming in again. The instructor refused to fix the damage and made me leave with a wet head. She wouldn’t even comb me out. I admit I was upset that my hair was completely bleached out but that is no excuse for her behavior. She should leave her bad days at home. I will take the instuctor's advice and never set foot into Capri again and I will share my story with everyone I come in contact with and ask them to go to La James where the instructor's are professionals.
