I attended this college some time ago when visiting Guam. For the most part the school is barely mediocre. There were a few instructors that seemed to be very knowledgable but they definately made up a small percentage of the staff. One of my best friends was enrolled in the exact same classes with me. He was a local from Guam and was attending school using funds from financial aide and grants as was I. All throughout the semester I was constantly harrassed for grant money I had yet to receive. I was even threatened to be removed from school if I didnt come up with the money that they were aware was on its way and had been approved. Painfully, I graduated from the course and received my certificate then left Guam shortly there after. I spoke with my friend years later and we laughed at how they used to badger me so badly for the money. He finally confessed that he never paid and was never once asked for any money. He also admitted that a few of his American friends after I had left went through the same thing. Please save yourself the time and either have your money ready before you enroll into this place for a less than normal education or just not enroll at all and find a college that offers distance learning. I really apologize to the local people who did try to help me and wish I could make this letter sound a little less negative but if I had said anything other than what I've written so far it would be a lie.
