I recently withdrew from Paul Mitchell, Orlando and for two weeks have been trying to retrieve my transcrpts with no success. I am very unhappy with the education I recieved while there, I feel that this cosmetology school focuses too much on selling and upselling Paul Mitchell products and not enough on state board information. I have been trying to contact administation by telephone and am always told that they are unavailable or out and even after leaving messages no one has bothered to get back to me. I would like to file a formal grievance because I feel that this is my only option at this point since not one Administrator has bothered to call me back. Hoping that this message will get me a call back before I have resort to more legal guidance

The school is the best school ever giving me the tools I need to be successful in my career not just focusing on passing the state board
