Disappointed is all I could say. I am leaving my name as an initial because I do not want them to use this comment to retaliate by not getting him into the class. My son is very interested in the Personal Training Class. He started there and after four weeks by his own admission he screwed up by missing too many days and not so great grades. He received a letter approx 6 wks after he supposedly stoppped going to class (he was still actually attending classes) saying we are soory that you did not want to attend classes any longer and that student loan bills were going to start (he was actually still going to classes). He tried to get things straightened out attending a meeting to get back into the program and was told they were going to work on getting him on the roster for the next group starting. He did not hear anything different so he started classes again and was going daily for approx two weeks when we received a bill for $1700.00 owed because he was no longer going to school. He spoke to a Melissa who said she would work on him getting into the next class (again) that he was not on the class roster for that month and to call back for the next program start (which starts approx 3 1/2 weeks later) to get into the class. If he is trying to get into the class and has proved he wants to go since he actually showed up for classes for the first two weeks of that term, why does he have to call back to get on the roster? When I called I was told they can't talk to me without my sons permission (he is over 18 though he gave permission verbally several times). I did speak to an Erik who promised he would speak to my son, get everything straightened out, verify he could talk to me and call me back to advise me what would be happening. He never called my son. My son called several times before he was able to speak to Erik, who said he would call me and get things straight. Well you guessed it(!) NO PHONE CALL.My son called him and basically was told that they were busy and they would get to me when they can and to call back if he wants to get into the class. WHY are we calling if he doesn't want to get into the class???? And by the way 7 days later and still no call.

Ms. Celine Saffo was really mean to my mom who had just gotten out of the hospital and was in a lot of pain when she called her. I don't want to attend Branford Hall now if they are this un-feeling and unsympathetic. Sorry.

I was subjected to an extremely unprofessional and presumptuous phone call and later rude voice mail message from the supposed Director of Admissions a Ms. Celine Saffo on Wed., 4/23/08 demanding that I call her back and insinuating that I wasn't calling her back in some sort of effort to thwart her. As a potential student, I had previously been interested in the Paralegal program and had sent in an online request for information. When she called the first two times, I had, in fact, been in the hospital for a colon re-section the previous three weeks as of April 1, 2008 and had just gotten back home. I told my daughter to tell Ms. Saffo I was indisposed, (which to most polite people means I am in the restroom) which was exactly where I was. Then she said to my daughter, "I've heard it all now and tell her when she 'gets serious' to call me back." Well, abdominal surgery is very serious. Not only that, but my daughter WAS planning to attend Branford Hall, but I have advised her strongly against it now after this harassing and rude phone call. Therefore, Branford Hall Career Institute is potentially out the tuition for the both of us in the amount of $26,000. Have a nice day and don't call me, we'll call you. Further, I will be expecting a full apology to me and my daughter from Ms. Saffo.
