Career Care institute is a great school. I Completed the X-ray program there and I can only speak highly of the school. Don't let reviews from some other disgruntled people who probably wanted to bully there way through school deter you on visiting this school. Check them out for yourself and get your own thoughts by visiting the campus and getting to know the staff.

BEWARE of this place. CCI has a long history of poor performance. Students that attend this school can not pass State boards and therefore will never be able to work. They also have their accreditation on the line. Not to mentioned other legal action pending in court. Run while you can!

CCI HAD NATIONAL ACCREDITATION DENIED so they went to a different company for their accreditation while trying to fight with appeals though the court - WHICH THEY LOST!. They misled students to believe everything was fine when they enrolled. They are under investigation with the Department of Education and Fraud has been alleged and is being investigated (Title IV Funds). Please do your research and call the Department of Education Postsecondary Schools, criminal arrests may even be made.

Hello, I am planning to attend CCI Lancaster Campus for their LVN program. School starts on November. Can anyone tell me more about this school? Please advice. Thank you

The instructors are all on power trips. They are mean cruel and love to degrade you~ usually in fron of others. Complain? To who, they stick together and will back eachother up no matter how horrible you have been treated! The students are in fear and are afraid to speak out. Clinical sites? Some are at the school. Instead of spending clinical hours at a hospital, you will sit in a classroom for eight hours. The other sites are convelescent. I feel sorry for the new students coming into CCI, they are eager to learn so they can start their new careers...their smiling faces will quickly fade, I promise. I wish someone would of warned me.

I couldnt agree more with tanya and lyndsey. The school is not organized nor suitable for anyone trying to get a proper education. If you complain, nothing happens other than getting written up. Clinical sites are a mess! You go through so many teachers! And all your clinical sites are NOT in the av. They are all atleast an hour away. They will not work with your schedule even if you work. I suggest you look for another school because this was a mistake.

i started at CCI towards the end of 2008 and since then my class has been tossed around between about 8 teachers, told that our opinions don't matter because we don't have licenses, we are all confused beyond belief at the weekly changes, told by teachers that they can't help us when we ask perfectly legitimate questions, and when you try to go up the chain of command and complain in a professional manner, nothing is done except that you might get written up for insubordination. I am learning from all the other passionate students who just want to help people and from a few of the nurses that i have met at the very few sights that this school is still allowed to go to (they've been kicked out of most so if you attend be ready to travel!) I started this and i will finish my commitment but i urge anyone who is considering attending CCI to turn the other way and never look back! If you want a professional education or to be treated like you matter at all, this is not the place for you. Good luck to all you future nurses. I hope you all can find more professional schools and have a better experience than i have had.

I disagree with Tanya. I went to CCI and loved it. I learned alot and the staff was very helpful. CCI was and continues to be the most professional school in the antelope valley I urge anyone to attend this school

this school is a scam! you will receive your certificate without any real training. they will pass you regardless of what you know or don't know,as long as you have paid.

I have been a victim of Career Care Institute and their practices. They are currently trying to silence me and others from reviewing and informing the public of matters of grave concern.
