NCU has the worst federal financial aid processing system ever. NCU is using a third-party processor which denies students' federal financial aid by erroneously assessing NSLDS accounts. The school is so over-whelmed by federal financial applications that it is using stalling tactics such as telling the student that there was an over award three years back, that the the application was never received, that there is an issue with off-campus fees, and a host of other bogus excuses in order to buy time in processing applications. In the mean time the students are suffering--not being able to buy books or other supplies. The average student seeking federal financial aid has been enrolled three months without the disbursement of federal financial aid. This is a serious problem at NCU someone needs to step up to the plate and fix this problem.
