I attended Crowleys Ridge in either 96, 97, or 98. im not sure which! I studied under Melvin Spencer, CWI,CWE, the most brilliant welding instructor on the planet.In only 3 short months, he had me prepared for the VO-TECH combination welding competition against all the schools in Arkansas. I am proud to say i placed 2nd. I completed my course of study and went to work for Mr. Spencer at his local welding shop. Under his tutilage, i recieved not just one, but 4 seperate A.W.S. welding certifications. My experiences at the school were wonderful and very decisive in the direction my life would head. I was not only taught a very valuable craft, but was givin the tools i needed to pursue my TRADE. Welding has been my life. I live it, and indeed love it. Thank you, Crowley's Ridge. And a very special thank you to my teacher, and one of the best friends ive ever known, Mike Spencer. sincerely, Kyle W. Tesene Class of...95? 96? heck, it doesnt matter!
